Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7–14 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

We currently do ship internationally.

If international shipping is available:

  • Delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

COLLIÉR is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. Reach out to us for assistance.

We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
